Conditions of Sale

Any agreement entered into with Puff & Pop for the sale/service/hiring of goods is made in accordance with the conditions stated on this page. These conditions are binding upon Puff & Pop’s acceptance of your order. Any variation or alterations to these conditions must be agreed to and made in writing between you and Puff & Pop ABN 63 413 390 865.
Any quotation provided by Puff & Pop may be varied or withdrawn at any time up to the time of delivery and will lapse on any specified validity date.

Payment Terms

Puff & Pop does not accepts cash payments upon delivery of the order unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Puff & Pop will only accept credit card payment for accounts in the month that the goods are supplied to you.

Availability of Stock

Puff & Pop endeavours to fulfil our customer’s orders, however, if for any reason the goods ordered are unavailable, Puff & Pop reserves the right to substitute the order with alternative goods that are of equivalent or of reasonable value to the original order.

Processing & Delivery Timeframes

Orders placed between Monday to Friday will be processed within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will be processed on the following working day.

Delivery times will vary depending on shipping method selected and location. If you are unsure about the delivery times, please phone Puff & Pop to confirm with our team.

For pick up orders, please allow up to 24 hours from the start of next business day to pick up the goods (this includes orders for inflations).

Please note that once an order is picked and made we are unable to add additional stock to the order. It will be deemed as a new order and entered into our system accordingly. Extra charges may be applied at this time.​

Order cut-off times and delivery time-frames are provided as a guide only and may alter if there is any delay in payment authorisation being completed. We do not take responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances which may cause your delivery to be late, including
accidents, fire, strikes, natural disasters and any other reasons beyond our control. However, we will always work hard to ensure our customers are fully satisfied.

As a reminder to our customers, if incorrect information on an order form is submitted, we will not be held responsible. During the purchase, customers need to ensure that all information and delivery address is correct and checked before the order is submitted. Puff &
Pop will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Cancellation of Orders

To cancel an order that has been placed with Puff & Pop, you will be reimbursed with only 80% of the total amount due to a restocking fee. However, if the order has already been processed and the balloons are made, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refund & Return Policy

Once product sold, it is NOT exchangeable, returnable or refundable.

Puff & Pop ensures the highest quality of care is taken in the delivery of the order to the customer’s requested address. It is recommended that the customer is available to accept delivery of the order. Puff & Pop will not take responsibility for any damage or deflation of the product once delivery has taken place. 

Colours may differ slightly to images seen on our website due to monitor colour settings & lighting of the photography. 

Puff & Pop will not provide a refund to customers who have simply changed their minds.

No exchange or modification of sticker wordings, designs, colour, and etc. once the options were chosen by customers themselves after the order is received and confirmed. No refunds or exchanges will be given for products that have been used or damaged when it has already received and accepted by the recipient. Special offer products or discounted products are not exchangeable / returnable / refundable. If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be exchanged / returned / refunded. We would encourage all recipients to check upon receiving the product during the delivery at the doorstep by the courier service provider. Recipients have the rights not to accept the product if it is found damaged or incorrect during the arrival. As we do not provide exchanges / returns / refunds, think twice before you purchase our products. Please take note that understanding the products before you purchase is your responsibility and at your own concern.
