Delivery/Pick Up Policy

 

Delivery Policy

We deliver to all Adelaide Metro areas. Delivery price is based on location and parking availability. If necessary, a surcharge fee will be considered to cover for any parking cost.

 

Each order requires a single delivery point.  

 

Please make payment at least 1 day in prior to the scheduled date as orders will only be made and delivered after payment has been received and accepted. Orders are also subject to stock availability, public holidays and weekends. 

It’s recommended that you consider where you will be during business hours, to ensure you put down an appropriate delivery address. For example, if you are working we recommend you have your order delivered to work where you can sign upon/for receipt of delivery.

 

If you are not home to receive your order at the time of delivery, it will be left at your nominated address, taking into consideration any delivery instructions you have provided. In the instance that you are not able to be home to accept your order, you accept full liability for your purchased items being left at your delivery address door.  Please refer to our Lost or Stolen Order Policy.​

 

Puff & Pop and our Partners take great care when preparing all orders and pride ourselves on the supply of high-quality products and customer service. Every item leaves the premise in perfect condition.

As such:
(i) In the very rare case of balloons being damaged in transit Puff and Pop will replace the damaged product at our earliest opportunity.
(ii) Puff and Pop will take no responsibility for your balloon order after it has been safely delivered. 
(iii) Puff and Pop will not refund, replace or exchange items that have been damaged due to lack of care or surrounding conditions after delivery.

Pick Up Service

You can pick up your Puff & Pop order from Seaton SA. Pickups are by appointment only. You can arrange either by ordering online or by emailing hello@puffandpop.com.au. Once an appointment has been made collection details will be provided. (Payment for orders must be finalised before pickup)

Lost or Stolen Policy

We strongly recommend that you ensure you are available to sign upon/for receipt of your online order, or we will need to leave your order at your door.  We will not be responsible for your orders being stolen from your door should you not be available to sign for receipt of your order.  Please ensure you provide an appropriate delivery address during business hours such as your work address to help reduce your liability.
